What can a customer do?​

Customers can:

  • Buy tokens
  • Claim dividends
  • Claim airdrops

Why can't I see merchant features?​

Merchant features are available only for authorized merchant accounts.

Where do claimed dividends and airdrops go?​

Claimed tokens are sent to the customer wallet bound in the platform account.

Can I claim the same airdrop multiple times?​

This depends on campaign rules configured by the merchant and platform constraints.
