What can a customer do in the platform?​

Customers can buy tokens, claim available dividends, and claim airdrops.

How is token purchase settled?​

Purchases are settled in USDC. The final payment includes token amount plus platform fee.

Where do claimed dividends and airdrops go?​

Claimed assets are sent to the wallet bound to your platform account.

Why can I not claim a dividend or airdrop?​

Common reasons include:

  • No claimable amount in the current event
  • Event not started or already closed
  • Wallet confirmation not completed

How can I confirm if my claim succeeded?​

Check wallet balance change and claim history status in the app.
