Merchant Authorization Guide
Scenario
You registered successfully, but your account is still customer role and merchant features are not visible.
Steps
- Contact StoreFi for merchant cooperation.
- Submit store identity information.
- Wait for platform admin authorization.
- Re-login and verify merchant feature menu appears.
Expected Result
Your account has merchant permissions and can access issuance and management features.
